Dress is lightweight cotton.
Very cool for summer.

Sash is tied around the waist
but may be worn without.

Sleeves are multi-ruffles and separate to dress.
Sleeves may be left off.

Loop that lifts the dress-ruffles up on one size
is removable.
The dress then long, but a little shorter
at the front.
